Steve Smith has been named president of the STARS Alliance in Glendale, AZ effective Sept. 12, 2022. Prior to assuming this role, Smith served as vice president of Engineering at Evergy’s Wolf Creek Generating Station in Burlington, KS.

In early August, members of the STARS Alliance team volunteered with Feed My Starving Children, a Christian non-profit dedicated to providing meals for children in hard-to-reach corners of the globe.
