Jacob Knapp

Jacob has worked in the Information Technology field since 2020 and most recently was a technical support representative for Grand Canyon Education helping to resolve user issues and promote university values. He earned a B.S. Information Technology degree from Grand Canyon University with an Emphasis In Cyber Security. When not working, Jacob enjoys writing, running, puzzles.
